Heather Gerrard: DIP HE. RGN. SSN. Aesthetics Clinician;

Welcome to the Just Defy Website, My name is Heather and I am one of the Partners in the Just Defy Company.

I originally commenced my General Nurse Training in 1999 and then went on to qualify as a Registered Nurse in 2001. Since then I have worked as a Staff Nurse for the NHS, then an Occupational Health Nurse for a Major Car Manufacturer. I then returned to the NHS to become a Senior Staff Nurse for Reconstruction, Orthopaedics, General Surgery and Urology. In early 2008 I became a Sister also within the NHS.

As well as still working within the NHS, I also completed a course, under the direction of the Dr. Lucy Glancey Clinic, Essex to study the administration of 'Botulinum Toxin Type A' and Restylane/ Dermal Fillers for Facial Contouring. I became an Aesthetics Clinician in 2005.
My Business Partner and I work very closely together and to a very tight customised system to maintain exact and precise records of Patients Treatments, past and Present. This gives our Patients confidence and comfort in knowing that they are in safe and professional hands.

A warm welcome to our Website. My Name is Donna and I am a Partner in an Aesthetics company known as 'Just Defy'.

Our partnership has been trading since June 2005 and our company has grown so well since we started we are now practicing in many clinics in the Midlands and also Yorkshire and some surrounding areas.

We are very Patient focussed and do our best to fit treatments into the hectic lifestyles of our clients, whilst staying very professional and confidential.

I first graduated as a Registered General Nurse in the year 2000, since then I have mainly worked within the NHS and still do at a higher level but I wished to broaden my horizons further and so looked into other ways of helping people still using my experiences as a Nurse.
I decided to undertake a course to study the administration of 'Botulinum Type A' and Restylane/ Dermal Fillers for facial contouring in 2005 under the Direction of the Dr Lucy Glancey Clinic and was then qualified as an Aesthetics Clinician.

I love the work we do and the immediate effect of some of the treatments we administer. We have literally given people a new lease of life from our services and we hope to continue the same good work for many years to come.

As a non-surgical Cosmetics team we have enlisted the help of another Medical Professional, for the purpose of expert advice on certain aspects of the treatments that we administer.

Working with 'Just Defy' is Mr Misra R Budhoo a Consultant Surgeon.

Mr Budhoo qualified in 1986 from Manchester University.
